Nev and Cindy from Cheshire stayed in early July and wrote:- Good accommodation well set out for us. Wine, flowers and sweets a nice touch, never had that before in any places we hired over the years, so well done ! Nev and Godfrey had a few good chats as things in common. A bit sad for us as we booked the chalet so we could bring our little dog but he was ill and didn’t make the trip. Mixed weather, but that’s the u/k for you !

Thank you for having us, we have enjoyed our stay in lovely accommodation, which has been a great base for us whilst exploring the beautiful area. Thank you for the sweets which kept us going on our long coastal walks. The flowers are also a lovely touch. The bed here is extremely comfortable. Just what you need after a strenuous day’s walking. Barney also says thank you for letting him stay to, he really settled in well. It’s a shame him and Sally didn’t have more time to get to know each other, there could have been a holiday romance Woof !. Hope to return someday soon as we had a great time chasing dolphins on the bay boat trips and seal was great. Thank You.

Nikki, Andy and of course Daisy from Manchester, stayed the 1st week of August and wrote:- We have had a fantastic week in such a beautiful area of the country. The studio is gorgeous, thanks for the flowers, sweets and wine - much appreciated. Daisy particularly enjoyed watching the birds, so much so that we were lucky to get her out for the day. We would love to stay here again and will definitely tell others about you. Thank you Godfrey

Godfrey, Thank you for the warm welcome, we had a great week and it went by far too quickly. The weather for the most part was great. We would highly recommend walking the coastal path if you fancy an adventure through the cornfields - there’s a great pub once you get through. There are lovely beaches, especially Newgale where the surf was good and you can hire surfboards. We went horse riding at the Dyfed horse riding centre which is very close. We also had a great time on the dolphin spotting excursion in Newquay. Had a fab time at Coed y Bryn . Locals friendly. Thanks for the wine - much appreciated - Accommodation is fantastic - we really had a ball.

Paul, Nicola, Tash and Josh from Cheshire stayed the last week of August and wrote the following about Coed y Bryn:-
Godfrey, thanks for everything, superb hospitality. The Daffodil Inn - excellent food and sitting out area for drinks. Llangrannog beach great and Mwnt, well worth visits. Folly farm great for children if wet. Overall a great stay and holiday.

The Powell family from Aylesbury in Bucks stayed for 2 weeks in early Sept. and wrote:- 2 of the ingredients necessary for a good holiday are clean, comfortable, bright accommodation and a friendly and helpful host. Godfrey provided both of these. The aches and pains that my mother usually suffers were eased which she puts down to the very comfortable bed. I was thrilled to learn that Godfrey is a keen wildlife photographer - who appreciated the art of good photography. We have much in common. Thank you Godfrey for the very informative chat. 2 weeks is not enough in this beautiful and interesting part of Wales. The wine , sweets and flowers were very much appreciated. Hope to see you next year - if there is space to book ! We will certainly recommend the Studio. - Dave, Lyn and Nancy.

Lovely accommodation, everything superb. Godfrey is an excellent host and nothing is too much trouble for him. We've been very lucky with the weather, which helps. We would definitely come again. Recommend the Gwbert hotel for a meal out. I would like to thank Godfrey once again for an excellent holiday. If you have a dog with you, I recommend Poppit Sands as an excellent beach for exercising your dog.
